No plan files Making Tax Digital returns, connects to your bank, screens tenants or gives tenants a login. Cancel from your account in one click; the refund policy says what is refunded and when.
The Free plan is the trial: one property, no time limit, no card. Upgrade when you add a second property or need the tax-year export.
Yes, from your account. Moving to annual applies at the next renewal; moving to monthly applies when the annual period ends.
Nothing is deleted. Properties above the limit become read-only until you upgrade or archive one.
Paddle, as merchant of record. Your card statement shows TENANCYTAL, and Paddle issues the VAT invoice.
